Key Responsibilities:

  • Work daily with our domestic and global customer base and local sales and inside support team.
  • Contribute to the growth of the business in the USA and global markets.
  • Coordinate with the Import and Export group to share vital data on material flow globally.
  • Learn basic regulatory compliance of products and understand the supply chain to effectively handle and troubleshoot issues within the team.
  • Communicate with HQ in Japan to relay information to customers and assist in creating marketing plans.
  • Lead social media campaigns and create catalogs.
  • Update website data and maintain virtual catalogs.
  • Create, refine, and present sales reports and year-end presentations.
  • Serve as the lead contact for the Orient team in the NJ office.
  • Help in creating and posting social media marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in maintaining the company website.
  • Contribute to creating and refining marketing strategies.
  • Join the Sales team during conferences throughout the USA to support future growth.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software such as MS Office skills.
  • Basic web-based application knowledge (Canva, creative web design, etc.)
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full Time
  • Salary at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
