Learn more about us at: <a href="https://www.orient-usa.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.orient-usa.com/</a>&nbsp; Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work daily with our domestic and global customer base and local sales and inside support team.</li><li>Contribute to the growth of the business in the USA and global markets.</li><li>Coordinate with the Import and Export group to share vital data on material flow globally.</li><li>Learn basic regulatory compliance of products and understand the supply chain to effectively handle and troubleshoot issues within the team.</li><li>Communicate with HQ in Japan to relay information to customers and assist in creating marketing plans.</li><li>Lead social media campaigns and create catalogs.</li><li>Update website data and maintain virtual catalogs.</li><li>Create, refine, and present sales reports and year-end presentations.</li><li>Serve as the lead contact for the Orient team in the NJ office.</li><li>Help in creating and posting social media marketing campaigns.</li><li>Assist in maintaining the company website.</li><li>Contribute to creating and refining marketing strategies.</li><li>Join the Sales team during conferences throughout the USA to support future growth.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Experience in client relationship management.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.</li><li>Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software such as MS Office skills.</li><li>Basic web-based application knowledge (Canva, creative web design, etc.)</li><li>Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and deriving actionable insights.</li><li>Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Effective time management and prioritization skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.</li></ul>Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>Full Time</li><li>Salary at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.</li><li>Full medical and dental benefits</li><li>Company 401k with partial matching</li><li>Generous paid company shutdown time &amp; vacation</li><li>Paid sick leave</li><li>Training and development opportunities.</li></ul>If you have great people skills, are detail-minded, and looking to build a long-term career, and are ready to contribute to a growing global company, Orient Corporation of America is the place for you.
